South Delta Math Tutoring

Math can feel manageable again. Work one-to-one with a BC-certified secondary mathematics teacher with over 20 years of experience. Lumina Tutoring helps students in Tsawwassen, Ladner and South Delta build understanding, confidence and independent problem-solving.

Whether your child is falling behind, preparing for an exam or ready for a challenge, lessons begin with their goals and the concepts that need attention. Clear explanations and guided practice help students understand why a method works and apply it independently.

Support includes K–12 math, Foundations of Mathematics, algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus, AP Calculus and university mathematics through third year, including linear algebra, differential equations, analysis and abstract algebra. In-person and online math tutoring are available, along with homeschool math instruction and support for students with IEPs, ADHD or math anxiety. AFU funding is accepted.

Teaching experience matters. Rachel brings classroom and university teaching experience, curriculum development expertise and a thoughtful, individual approach to every lesson. Families receive professional instruction shaped around the learner.
